The current work investigates the erosion-corrosion behaviour of thermally sprayed tungsten carbide-10% nickel (WC-10% Ni) coatings placed on AA6061 aluminum alloy. alloy was coated with carbide –10% utilising a high-velocityoxy-fuel (HVOF) spray method. microstructure and hardness were examined using scanning electron microscope (SEM) Vickers tester. slurry wear tests carried out by varying parameters erosion process, such as testing time, content, speed, impinging particle size, equipment. data demonstrated that when concentration, size increased, so did loss. processes uncoated have been SEM 3-D confocal microscope.
